The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat with a double bed, air conditioning, plenty of natural light, ventilation, and spacious wardrobes. The second bedroom offers two single beds, a ceiling fan, exterior views, and a wardrobe. The bathroom has been completely renovated with a stylish design and features a modern shower.

It has a community and children's pool, showers in the pool and toilet.
